Drafting self-assessment report & pilot visit (act. 4.3 & 5.3)

The Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance of Bosnia and Herzegovina received the pilot external assessment after completing Act. 5.3 “Practical framework for the external assessment of QA Agencies –Self-Assessment. The self-study was sent to the external review panel 2 months prior to the visit, which allowed the EU experts sufficient time to anaylse the report.

This pilot visit was a follow-up activity after the previous intensive training, “Workshop III: External Assessment Mechanisam for Quality Assurance Agencies with ENQA standards and guidelines”.  HEA appointed members to prepare then self-assessment report with the provided guidelines.

Recommendations were drawn after the visit.
